Brian and his team pulled out all the stops on this complex and historically sensitive job, liaising w Monmouthshire County Council Heritage, speedily removing failed render, making good badly deteriorated sections of wall and removing, preserving and reinstating a historic soil pipe. The new render is impeccable, and beautifully painted. Windows were also checked, restored where necessary and painted. The courtyard was left spotlessly clean. Brian very efficiently centralised the outsourced painting and scaffolding contractors, making my job as project manager far simpler. Highly recommended.
