A stone house in Penallt re-rendered over concrete block, with the porch roof rebuilt and Easy Slate laid on the main roof to make the whole of it watertight.
The high spots were cut off the concrete stone effect block first, then a scratch coat went on and the mesh was bedded in before the top coat.
Sun, rain and hail came through while the work was on. The porch roof was rebuilt and the main roof covered in Easy Slate, so the house is watertight again.
